About Me

NO SPAM REQUESTS. ALSO READ MY HOME SECTION, I DO NOT HAVE MUCH TEXT.

Not at home 17th September till beginning of October.

CURRENT MISSION

That is one small step for a man, a giant leap for mankind (Neil Armstrong/Frank Mensink).

ABOUT ME

I grew up in a village near Amsterdam. After years of dreaming about traveling I am on the road since 22nd March 2007 and came back home in reality 15th of March 2011 because my brother could not wait to marry, but now i am uncle. I am very handsome but not so intelligent.

Preparing my next worldtrip, which starts in 2024, for many years.

PHILOSOPHY

Travellers never fly!!! Never!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The world is frightening beautiful:

** One month travelling Afghanistan september 2009, by far the most exciting and interesting country in the world. ** Six months travelling Indonesia, the most beautiful country on earth. ** Two months hiking alone in the Karakoram in Pakistan. ** Ten days hiking alone in West-Papua to villages living in the stone age. ** One day in the prison in Iran, tied up, blindfolded, not a joke. ** Passed the house of bin laden at 300 meters, was not aware.** Hitchhiking about 150.000 kilometers worldwide. ** Experiencing unconditional hospitality worldwide.

I will explain you when you are here.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you the difference between Holland and the Netherlands. And I can tell you everything about the Dutch mountains.

I will also explain you why Amsterdam is the most liberal city in the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

But how can i respect people with a selfie stick?
