About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Taking baby steps toward making the world a better place.
ABOUT ME
I move at a million miles an hour. I love my life, but always strive for better. Everything is possible. I relish imperfections in others and myself. With every victory or failure, I try to grow as a person.
I am a premed student at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo originally hailing from Tacoma, Washington. I love life on the Central Coast and, like all of you, enjoy traveling.
I love to meet new people from all sorts of backgrounds (cliche, yes, I am well aware of this) and love going out whether it be to the bar scene, a farmer's market, a live music club, or just for a walk around town. I can hang in for a calm evening or head out with friends for a night full of chaos. Either way, I am always excited to embark on a new adventure or embrace spontaneity.
PHILOSOPHY
You know this boogie is for real.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am but a newbie to the site, but have met plenty of couch surfers at my brother's house. I think this is an incredible opportunity to form friendships and promote diversity in cultural understanding.
Interests
My little free time outside of school is typically spent in the water doing any sorts of activities possible including kayaking, attempting to surf, boogie boarding, paddle surfing, snorkeling, beginning to get into SCUBA diving, and anything. I may not have the best balance, but I don't mind getting thrashed around in attempts to gain some motor skills!
Other than that, I love hearing new music, sampling different cuisines, and just having a good time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived on a ship and cruised through the South Pacific as a study abroad experience. Besides living without TV, internet, or cell phones for a few months (a humbling experience), I was able to gaze at stars blanketing the sky on the top deck and watch intense thunderstorms miles off in the distance. However, when in Tahiti, we went repelling down waterfalls in the middle of the island. That is likely the most outrageous experience I have had.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a tour guide by nature (I'm a big talker and a wealth of useless knowledge) and get a thrill out of exposing people to any information and skills I can offer. I can expose my uncanny ability to sing like Cher (it's a blessing, it's a curse). But seriously, I can do some mean baking and bestow upon you delightful goodies. I can teach you how to body surf the waves of California. There are many other things I can likely exchange, but I suppose that will become apparent with time.
