To meet people of different cultures, and interests and to discuss our views of different interests. I believe that the world will be more peaceful if people understand each others .

ABOUT ME

I retired to a small town in VA. At present, I starts a Community market/farmer market in our community so we can have access to great local fruits and veggies without paying exorbitant prices. I teach Thai cooking and also take students to Thailand on a small-exclusive cooking tour. I love to make Artisan breads which many time takes three days to finish. I love cheese and foods from the South of France. I adored tropical fruits.
I came from a small town in south of Thailand named Phuket which is well known Internationally.

I just join the group only 2 weeks and know very little about the group. I don't know enough to answer this question yet.

I have no experience with couch surfing but waiting to learn more.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Watching the sunrise atop the Grand Canyon, watching moose gracing near by and witness herd of wild buffaloes feeding so closer to my car that I could hear them breathing are the high light of my traveling life.

If I were a guest in one of the couch surfing members, I will cook Thai foods for them. I will also show them how to make "a killer" American breakfast. (my French friends love my Belgium waffles and buttermilk pancake!)
I could also share with them our Thai cultures from my homeland.
