ABOUT ME

We are two girls, who live in Norway. Our Names are Inger Helene and Guro. We both grew up in the same little village, and have been in the same class at school for ten years. We became friends almost four years ago, and are now romates.

This year Inger is going to the university in Tromsø, studying anthropology. This is my new profile, take a look :)

Guro is tgoing to Livrepool attending the Paul McCartney school Lipa. These are exciting times :)

When we are not ocupied in school and work we like to spend our time in cafes and socializing with our friends. We love to travel, and do so as much as we can :D

PHILOSOPHY

If you're carefull all the time, you won't get hurt. But if you're carefull all the time, then what's it worth?
Nothing last forever, so live it up, drink it down, laugh it off, avoid the bullshit, take chances,
and never have regrets. Because at one point, everything you did was exactly what you wanted!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have a spare bed and a not so comfy sofa that is always available for a traveler in need :)
If you want to meet up for a coffee that's of course always a possibility. We will show you all that Skien has to offer ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have surfed a couple of couches, and met many interesting characters all over Europe :) We have also done a bit of hosting, and the times we have spent with people dropping into our house are priceless.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sky diving, climbed Preacher's Pulpit, drove across Norway, Interrailed/backpacking trough Europe and helped cats giving birth ;P

We are norwegians, so we have pretty good insight in Norwegian culture, language and history ;) If you are interested in any of that, we´d be happy to enlighten :) Of course we know a lot of folklore, and Guro is not a bad cook, so Folk tales and Norwegian cuisine is also a possibility :)
