ABOUT ME

I have traveled all over in the attempt to cure the travel bug, but it has not yet worked. I went to South Africa with my two best friends for the World Cup, followed by a tour of Europe by car. We completed a trip to Brazil for the 2014 World Cup to support the USA, and were able to see some of the beauty that Brazil has to offer and met wonderful people.

I speak French and English, but am always eager to learn more languages even if it's just "hi", "thanks," and a variety of profanities.

Be happy with what you've done, but always strive to do more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate in the CS project first by singing its praises and convincing others of the benefits of surfing. Couchsurfing helped us acclimate during our time in South Africa. My friends and I experienced two different hosts for a total of about 2 weeks while down there. Now I hope to host some people and meet some more couchsurfers in the States while my wife and I save up for our next big trip to Italy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met for coffee before and hosted. I was hosted in South Africa during the World Cup by two different hosts for a total of 2 weeks surfing.

Interests

Being outdoors, biking, skiing, and hiking, camping, eating new foods (usually up for anything once...), eating more of the foods I like. Wildlife.
