I taught English in rural villages in Hungary and Slovakia.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am traveling around the world for a year. I am currently in Japan where I have met the most incredibly kind people, they have been so nice and helping me as I get lost or look confused, a natural side effect of traveling I suppose. I am headed to China for the month of August and I am hoping to couch surf and meet some friendly faces the first ten day. I love meeting people who love to show off where they live.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My roommates and I hosted several couch surfers in Santa Fe and it was fun to hear about their travels. Now I am traveling a bit and trying the other end. I would love to host again when I am back in the USA and have a couch or meet fellow travelers where ever I am. There is no better way to travel and learn about new places than to stay with people who live there! Fabulous idea!

Interessen

I love cooking and sharing recipes with others! Some of my favorite things to make are homemade pizza, pancakes, and delicious salads with nuts and fruit. I recently just learned how to make homemade Mochi rolled in roasted soy nut flour! Yummy. I would love to swap recipies and eat a meal together.

I love to spend time outdoors. I like to rock climb, go camping, hiking, and hang out in the great outdoors. I also like to go running.

I enjoy drawing and looking a beautiful art. Going to galleries is always fun, or I especially like outdoor exhibits.
