ABOUT ME

I´m living in Madrid and studying physiotherapy, I love the nature, the people, animals... the life!
I like all mountain sports but the best for me is rock climbing ;)
I want to visit other countries, specially asian, african or south american; but i don´t like the typical tourist visits, i want to know how live the people of these countries and live like they.
Also i´m interested in spirituality and meditation, instead i´m not of any religion but I like to know the principles of all religions (especially the mystical and oriental) with respect and admiration.
I love helping people, I'm now starting to volunteer at an NGO for disabled children and it is wonderful how I can help them and let them be smiling and happy.

PHILOSOPHY

Living life respecting others and adapting to the situation.
I think one of the most important thing to have a good life is to learn how adapt to the changes and living in the now, in the present, erasing the mental ghosts of the past and future.
Don´t feeding the ego and expanding the being to the nature, people, animals...

Teach, Learn, Share

I´m studying physiotherapy and I can teach something about healthcare, and try to help you in physical diseases.
I can teach climbing technics and if you came to Madrid can lead you to climb in awesome places, or to treckking and enjoy nature.
