Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To find a house in Bulgaria
ABOUT ME
We are all cooks at a music festival in Denmark called Fællestival (http://www.faellestival.dk/cms/ - in Danish, sorry). We all love to cook, drink, dance and party - but then again, who doesn't?
Beginning this summer, we plan to start up a project in Bulgaria which we plan to call "GET OUT". The plan is to buy property, preferably a house, in the Bulgarian countryside and invite people to come and perform arts, play music, and generally have a good time with friends and strangers.
(Sort of like Højskole http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H%C3%B8jskole , but not quite...).
We are all students living in Copenhagen, Denmark.
PHILOSOPHY
Be nice
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Two of us are experienced couchsurfers and hospitality clubbers (Anders (HC/CS: Anders Holgersen) and Jens (CS: Kira and Jens)), however we decided to make an entirely new profile for the cook group. The last two, Gabriele and Kristian have both tried couch surfing before.
We love the idea and possibilities of CS, and to meet new people and to be able to invite people in to our homes.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Jens has couchsurfed in Turkey and the United States, Anders has had many good experiences in France, Spain, Germany, Hungary, Serbia, Macedonia, Greece, Sweden and Guatemala .
Three of us have been to Cracow, Poland with Couch Surfing...
Jens has hosted people from France, Germany, Turkey, Russia, and bunch of Americans, some of whom he later visited, good times.
Gabriele has been couchsurfimg mainly in Spain.
Anders has hosted folks from Russia, Germany, France, Belgium, Mexico, United States and Australia.
Interests
We are four people with widely different interests; however we DO enjoy a good meal with some strong ale...
And of course learning dirty words in foreign languages.
In addition we all love camping and the great outdoors, but you should still consider hosting us.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We've lived through Fællestival 2008.
Also, Kristian once drank a soya and ouzo mix and lived to tell the tale.
Once, very late at night, Jens & Anders tried to pull a plastice chair after a pick up truck to get a ride. Didn't work.
Gabriele (Gabbi) is an Italian, who doesn't eat cheese (!).
Teach, Learn, Share
We can teach people to cook for 400 people on a camp fire (the food, not the people).
Jens studies English
Anders studies Political Science
Kristian studies Geography
Gabriele studies Humanist Studies
