I couch surfed in New Zealand... it MADE my trip. someday I'd love to host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only couchsurfed a few times in New Zealand. Honestly, the people who accomodated me were incredible. I felt so welcomed, like we were already friends even though I came to them having never seen their faces in the flesh. I was given food, warm blankets, awesome stories, and wine. what more could you ask for?

stood on the top of a hotel during the chinese new year and watched fireworks blast open in the sky every single place I looked... as far off into the distance as you can imagine. danced the twist with a little kid in a temporary public school built after the earthquakes outside of chengdu, china
