ABOUT ME
I am sweating already just thinking about filling in this blank...
Anyways, I am from the US but I now live in Europe. Before I was doing a bit of traveling, lived in Spain, and before I was traveling and living in Mexico.I like to consider myself an unofficial Mexican. Not because I lived there but because I found it to be the best country/place on earth. But I have no Mexican nor any Latin rooted relatives, I am white as a ghost.
Traveling and meeting new people are definitely the things I look forward to in life. I also really love trying to learn/speak new languages. So far I have English and Spanish under the ol' belt and am learning Italian at the moment.
PHILOSOPHY
Let go, let flow
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have couchsurfed a few times, and each experience has been..an experience. Good experiences though! All positive I am happy to report. I eagerly look forward to each new adventure and the people you meet on the way.
Interests
Music, I am teaching myself how to play the guitar (not very good but but if you stay on my couch I will sweetly serenade you until you fall into a deep slumber), dance (Cumbia is my next victim)I love traveling to places alone, lying in parks and people watching can be amazing if you have a good crowd. I used to like roller blading but I got licked a few summers ago and still have a scar to prove it. so...not roller blading. Love animals! We currently have a dog and a cat who are at opposite sides of the spectrum from each other, but we make it work.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love in the Time of Cholera, In Cold Blood, Upon a Winters Night A Traveler, The Dark Tower series (if you know and have read them, long days and pleasant nights sai) Poisonwood Bible, Le Petit Prince, Glamorama (or anything by Bret Easton Ellis), Cat's Cradle, Life of Pi, Skinny Legs and All, anything and everything by Hemingway.
Oh right, music. Well, all music really. But my favorite genres are 50s/60s soul, rock n roll, musica norteña, and hearty bass rhythms
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This is an interesting box to fill in..
Well I can't recall the most amazing thing I've seen but I there are some things that I've done that changed my perspective on life and how I live mine.
I went to Bolivia to work with animals in an animal refuge there. Long story short, it just affirmed what I want to do with my life. Just being in the jungle all day... I love it! I also spent some time in India. India is a whole other book to write about. I cannot get into it here, but if you've been then you know.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know one magic trick. I can make some mean guacamole. Hula hooping is becoming integral in the everyday hustle. I am always open to learn new things. I like learning little tricks that will come in handy at the most unexpected of times.
