ABOUT ME

I'm sophie, I'm 28. As I said, I studied drama at unviversity. So i m kinda into everything around art and mostly how you can use your body to make art. So, i like dancing, singing, playing the guitar, clowning( i ve been in the phillipines to play for children in the street, it was the most intense experience in my life!). and because the body is a friend that we have to take care of, i m also into reiki, massage, kinesiology and all that stuff.

PHILOSOPHY

Spread love not hate, do for the best not the worst...That's not that easy when we really think about it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

when i host people i try to do my best for their confort. I really like hosting, but only when i got time cause i just like taking care of people, even if i really like to give room to people i host.
i totally understand people who don t like to feel like a hotel but to me, i just enjoy the fact that i help people to travel cause they can do it for free at my house!travelling is so expensive that it is great to rely on people to have the chance to see the world!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I ve hosted quiet a few people but nobody last year (i ve been working like from 12am to 12pm...kinda hard for me to have time for others...)
I have some experiences as a hosted person though. I traveled in indonesia thanks to couchsurfing. it was amazing! after that, in canada a little bit.
I really love couchsurfing and wwoofing too ( it means working on organic farms, for those who don t know...)

oh, what can i do for you... the guitar too, and i can show you some good recepe from belgium( no maybe not from belgium cause actually, i cook a lot of indian or thai food ...and most of all italian food!).
what i d like to learn...cooking some dishes from other countries( but only vegetarian food!) and..i guess i want to learn a lot of things but i ve no idea right know...have to think a little bit about it...
