Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Well, how do I put this without sounding as Roy Batty... "I have seen things you people wouldn't believe!"

I have seen a lot of amazing things in my life, having travelled a lot and being interested in history. I have visited Machu Pichu and seen the Nazca lines, both in Peru, I have walked the Chinese Wall, admired the Terracotta army, I have seen so many cathedrals that I cannot even remember half of them... I was one of the last to walk the bridge in Mostar before it was destroyed; I still remember hearing odd thumps and bangs in the Croatian night during our stay in Dubrovnik. I watched the starry night, like someone had spilled sugar over a black table, from the amazon jungle. I have wandered the streets of ancient Corinth and Pompei. I have been high in the mountains near Cuzco and deep under ground in the Aggtelek caves, with its wonderous stalagmites. I have walked alongside a beautiful woman in Alhambra at night, and watched swift clouds tear themselves asunder against the mighty rock of Gibraltar. I have walked inside the Colosseum and on the island of Capri.

I have learned so much, I know so much, and still the most amazing thing is what I will learn tomorrow.
