About Me

CURRENT MISSION

take care of myself

ABOUT ME

Korfbal is my sport and I'm a sport man - You should know it - It means that I do sport and besides I like wine, good food, live music and good chatting specially.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is a constant search. So don’t be afraid of changes, because that brings evolution and always learn from your own mistakes. That will make you a better person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Sometimes i go to some event; sometimes I can share some hang around in Barcelona with you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First time ever. I needed information about Glasgow, and I've just arrived here from somewhere else. That's life or destiny, whatever you want to call it.

Interests

I like all kind of sports and music, both as a practice for myself or as a spectator. I reckon: both things gave me highest moments of joy ( normally connected to people of course). Besides: travelling, good food, learning the culture of other places and staying with friends and/or interesting people are my main activities.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite music always depends on the moment and the mood; so depends on the situation I will go to Wilco, The grand archives, Band of Horses, Astrud Gilberto, Sr.Chinarro, Quique Gonzalez, Paul Weller, Death Cab for Cutie, The Shins, Josh Rouse, Akda & de Munnik, Belle and Sebastian, Jorge Drexler, Tool, Caetano Veloso or Queens of the Stone Age.
Lately the books and the movies (definitely good stories) I enjoyed the most:
"High Fidelity"(actually most of Nick Hornby books), "Las venas abiertas de America latina" (E.Galeano), Erich Fromm and Pablo Neruda books and books about sport and challenges (sorry ;-)
"“Man on Wire", "“Magnolia" (most of P.T.Anderson movies) , "The groundhog day" (Bill Murray es el amo! ),"Little Miss Sunshine", "“Taxi Driver" , some Scorsese, Alexander Payne, Richard Linklater, Stephen Frears and Larry Clark's movies; but my favorite ever , the master storyteller about life and love affairs is: Mr. Woody Allen .

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I felt the joy of victory and I cried the disgrace of
bad experiences, but always close to friends and close ones . That's the highest experience ever and that's the meaning of life: the joy of having a common feeling with your environment and having connections with humanity.
