ABOUT ME

I am an open minded person, interested in anything new, and who loves learning and sharing experiences and stories. I'm a philosophy student and in short time maybe also a teacher, and they say you should do that in a library or a classroom, but I still insist on trying to do it out there .

PHILOSOPHY

I have been studying philosophy for some years now), and they say we should not use the noun "philosophy" with this adjective. But most of all, after all this time, it seems to me that philosophy ain't a good thing to have one: Study philosophy but, for your life, choose just to have a life! =)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used couchsurfing for a short time in past, but then came some years that I stayed away, I didn't travel anymore, had to move to another place and couldn't host, and also had to study hard to finish my bachelor and to begin my master. Now I'm back, travelling and also with a good place back home, and would like to see how the wonderful world of couchsurfing is working now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had few experiences, but they were always wonderful. Also have a lot of friends that have shared many good experiences.

Music: brazilian (MPB and bossa nova), rock (just to list some: strokes, weezer, los hermanos, mars volta, múm, sigur rós, beatles, pink floyd, explosions in the sky...), jazz (miles davis,chet baker,billie holiday).
Movies: Gondry, Scola, Truffaut, Bertolucci, Godard, Wong Kar-wai, Kim ki-Duk.....
Books: Henry Miller, E. Hemingway, J. Fante, Bukowiski, F.S. Fitzgerald, J.D. Salinger, Amélie Nothomb, H.Murakami, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been to many beautiful places and have done so many amazing things, but the best time I still ever had was the semester I studied in Paris. I were never so fascinated as by this city.

Teach, Learn, Share

Philosophy lessons?! just kidding,hehehe
I play the guitar and the piano, I love popular braziliam music, like bossa nova..guess I can teach some tunes..
Hoping to learn anything about everything: languages (icelandic is one of my most wanted),how to be an independent film maker, photograph, cooking, surfing, sculpturing, _______(fill in with what you can teach)....
