ABOUT ME

I am a canadian girl who has been living in new zealand for a while. It was a long stay full of studying and exploring. It was time to get out of there after 9 years, so i came to Spain, to walk the camino de sanitago.
I still have some time, and felt it is time to enjoy a bit of europe for the first time.

why do i live my life??? wow that is a heavy question to answer...

i am grateful to be alive. thankful for my health to live the way i want to. and oh so blessed to have the freedom to enjoy both.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have no home nor couch at the moment, and have not had a suitable place for surfers to stay since i heard about the organization, but truly look forward to keeping a space in my future home for folks on a mission.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Many of my friends in new zealand hosted couch surfers, i never had a nice enough couch to do so, but now am here and on a budget, felt it was time to get involved.

Interests

am interested in human evolution, how each of us gets to our points of challenge and growth.
most ocean activities i love.
hiking i love.
cooking and eating it....always nice.
at the moment i am interested in taking time and soaking up europe.

Music, Movies, and Books

just finished Perfume and am having a hard time finding another book in english....ha

music i enjoy...hmm its a long list i could copy from the ipod but to keep it short music with soul.
a good rhythm and strong base line. roots stlye.
electronic music or drum and bass does NOT move me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i have done a few things in my life
there is a range and not one is more amazing than the other. it ranges from childbirth to tikal pyramids in guatemala. i ate a fresh fig from a wild tree in menorca today then swam in turqoise waters. that was pretty amazing for me.may the list continue.

Teach, Learn, Share

lots of knowledge and wisdom about womens health, fertility and the transion between woman and mother.
i know that does not interest every one...but thats what i got.

i can cook a few dishes here and there
play a few simple tunes on the guitar and
as i said just finished the camino de santiago and am now a true professional with blister maintenance.
