ABOUT ME

Where to start? I'm currently getting my undergraduate degree from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. I'm a double major in Theatre and Economics, with a Geology minor. This spring I am studying abroad at University College London in the U.K.

Theatre is my main passion. I am involved in many aspects of theatre, but have specialized in technical work, especially scenic design. Next year will be a master carpenter in the theatre scene shop. I will end up working in theatre when I'm finished studying, but still don't know whether I will be doing scenic design or management or something else.

My other great passion is flyfishing. I mainly pursue trout, but enjoy catching anything. I adore the wilderness and am recharged by being in nature. Along with flyfishing, I also love exploring, collecting rocks, and doing photography.

I am a bit shy with strangers, but am quick to become comfortable with people. I love hearing people's stories, exploring new places, and learning about how other people live.

This is one of the things that I don't know yet, but hope to figure out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Last semester, we couldn't really have surfers at out place, because we had no heat in our living room. I hope to be able to offer our couch next year, as we are in a great location for seeing Walla Walla.

This spring and summer, I'm studying and travelling abroad in Europe.
