ABOUT ME

These days my life is very simple and mellow. I'm currently living with my Mother and Father in the suburban home I grew up in. I work 6 days a week delivering flowers for a 115 year old family owned flower shop on Main Street in Greensburg. I enjoy healthy food and most of the meals I prepare are organic and vegan. In my spare time I like to meditate, write music, and read about Buddhist philosophy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Very new to couch surfing, so I haven't really participated just yet.

Interests

Interested in Buddhist philosophy, meditation, creating positive music, bicycles, eating local organic vegan food, and when possible, traveling to see and meet new friends around the country/world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite music is homemade, but have recently enjoyed Devendra Banhart, Sigur Ros, and Melanie.

Favorite movies would currently be Baraka, Winged Migration, Microcosmos, Unmistaken Child, and The Dhamma Brothers.

Favorite books are those that have inspired positive changes in my life. Peace is Every Step, A New Earth, Jonathan Livingston Seagull, The Giving Tree, The Missing Piece Meets the Big "O", Mindfulness in Plain English, Art of Living, and Organic Alchemy to name a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Alone enjoying the view a top Mount St. Regis in the Adirondacks this past summer was pretty ineffable.
