ABOUT ME

I love cooking (and eating), it's one of my passions, together with dancing and travelling, of course ;)
I mainly eat vegetarian and organic food but i can be flexible sometimes... in another word, im a flexitarian!
Im open-minded and tolerant but I wish that as I grow older, I become even more!
I love taking cooking classes when I travel, a nice way to combine 2 of my passions and to get even more of the culture of a country or region.
I love meeting new people from all over the world. I also like talking to older people a lot, they are (most of the times) wise and interesting! (not talking about those who keep on complaining all the time, of course!)
I also love watching children, very inspiring...!
I am spiritual but try to be as down-to-earth as possible... :) I think balance is the clue to many problems!
I wish i could scuba dive one day! I have to take a course... im a bit scared but fascinated at the same time by the sea!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have 2 flatmates, a man and a woman. One of them (Pia van Boxtel) is also registered on this site so you can check her profile as well.
We have a double matress for guests. The room is nice and quiet but can be freezing in winter time. Anyways, Brussels is way nicer to visit during spring and summer time! :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

the most amazing thing I have seen was watching my godson being born! The most emotional experience I have had so far.
When I was 12, I begged my mum to let me fly (not me, the pilot, but i mean go in a) microlight! and she let me...!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can teach you how to make thai food, about organic food, vegeterian food... share my passion about health and how to feel good in your body. I can teach you Pilates as well, as Im a pilates instructor ;)
I love talking about human beings in general, how we react and interact...

I love listening to other ppl's life stories, their experiences, their travels and learn at least a dish from their country, or the eating habits...

I love teaching as much as learning and i think the best teachers are those who learn from their students!
