ABOUT ME

I grew up in LA but life took me on a winding journey to NorCal, Germany, Montana, Texas, Bulgaria and eventually NYC. I have a pretty intense job at an education non-profit that achieves amazing results and makes the crazy hours worth it. I like to read, drink coffee, and people watch (preferably all at the same time).

I am a huge fan of couches and of sharing them.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed when I was traveling through Greece after I got out of the Peace Corps. I also have had a few of my old students and their friends stay with me when they visit NYC.

I like to cook, restore furniture, read, and travel to new places!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen to classic rock in the morning, pop when I'm working out, and trance when I'm concentrating at work. I prefer history or historical fiction books and documentaries.
