About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Rediscover my free spirit after it was locked in a cage for way too long.
ABOUT ME
Country girl from Western Australia who found her home in Melbourne 12 years ago. I've been in a continuous state of adventure chasing ever since moving to London in my early 20's and have travelled through Europe, UK, South America, South Africa, India, South East Asia, the Middle East and of course Australia. I am easy going, full of playful energy and as comfortable in deep philosophical debate about the universe as I am covered head to toe in sparkles on a dusty dancefloor. I'm community minded so have always embraced Couchsurfing as a way to immerse yourself in local culture, form unexpected connections and share skills and knowledge with the world.
PHILOSOPHY
Don't set goals too far in the distance or you might miss the magic that's shining at you just out of the corner of your eye.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Right now I'm travelling so looking to stay with and meet up with locals in Hawaii, Canada (British Columbia) and Europe (no idea which countries yet. I'll make that up as I go along). When I'm at home in Melbourne I share helpful tips and info with travellers and have met up with a couple of them to show them around. As soon as I move out of my 1 bedroom into a bigger house I intend on hosting people in the spare room.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I used to couchsurf a lot when I lived and travelled in Europe but my old references from hosts seem to have disappeared. Maybe because it was over a decade ago as I haven't had much luck with it since Airbnb came along and kinda changed the vibe. In more recent years I've used it when travelling solo as a way to meet locals and experience the city through their eyes.
Interests
Yoga, gigs and festivals/burns, djing disco house, making costumes, singing, songwriting, personal growth, reading about the mind, art (currently building an art car Rainbow slide), human centred design, travelling, collecting legends everywhere I go.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Choosing one thing is impossible. Petra in Jordan was pretty cool albeit a tad touristy. So was swimming with whale sharks in Coral Bay
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach djing, UX design, business/startup strategy, websites & digital marketing, English and yoga (within reason, I'm not qualified)
I sing and write music so would be love to collaborate with other musicians
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good times, engaging conversation, laughs a minute and knowledge about any of the above. I'm also very clean and so will leave your place better than I found it. I could cook for you but you're probably better at it than me. I do make a damn good negroni though.
