Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To work as hard and as much as I can, so I can travel as much as I can.
ABOUT ME
I grew up in small town Oklahoma, and left for the US Marines when I was 19. I endured a 10 month combat tour in 2003 and exited the Marine corps in 2005, and moved to LA. From there I have traveled and worked extensively across the US. NYC is where I have always wanted to end up, so here I am and loving it.
PHILOSOPHY
A good attitude, and a little drive can get you a long way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My couchsurfing experiences don't really go beyond some random couch, in a random city in the US.
Interests
traveling, tattoos, music, reading, absorbing information from whoever and whatever I can. I love learning new things and meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love so many bands, and so many different types of music I'm not going to try and name them, but I will say punk has always been my #1. For books...Bukowski, Vonnegut (his son Mark as well), Camus, Cormac McCarthy, etc. A good graphic novel is always welcome too. Movies: Shawshank Redemption, Fight Club, Full Metal Jacket, Pans Labrynth, Zatoichi, Beetlejuice, way too many to name.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Fighting in a war can be quite interesting at times, despite all the pain and despair around you. Sometimes you can block that out and embrace the beauty that Mesopotamia holds. New York City blows my mind on a daily basis as well.
Countries I’ve Visited
