ABOUT ME

I'm a 28 y.o. boy, still living with my parents (italiani mammoni!!) but not for long I hope (trying to get a job in some bar or pub 2-3 nights per week).
I study Cultural Goods Conservation (Conservazione dei Beni Culturali, che poi in realta' è Scienze dei Beni Culturali, ma x chi non parla italiano probabilmente è più facile da capire eheh), and I'm now finishing my training, working at an archaeological excavation in a medieval site, in my city, Modena (yes, I want to be an archaeologist!)
I like meeting new people and traveling across Europe, there's nothing better than this old continent :)
I am a very friendly and guy and I like to learn about the different cultures and interests of people I meet and countries I visit.
And yes, I hope to improve my english and my french too!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I already surfed several times: in Mainz, Wiesbaden, Montpellier, Arles, Avignon, Aix en Provence, and the guys were almost all amazing hosts, but I think I'll never forget some of them :) I ate spaetzli and we drank and danced whit Lena and Laura in Mainz, and I spent a beautiful afternoon at the park (and had a delicious dinner) whit Dennis and Kati in Wiesbaden.. and I discover the real couchsurfing trust with Boris, that gave me for 2 days his home keys; I found one of the few people with my same interests in Benedicte, in Arles (if I was not gay I think I could fall in love with her!); I think I found a friend in Aix (Wilson I think of you so often:)) )
And how not to mention Ico, my first surfer? you know, you're a litte bit more special than all the others :))

Centres d'intérêt

My biggest passions are art (italian reinassence, but since few months flemish painters too), architecture (medieval churchs, palaces and cities) and archaeology (christian and medieval, but roman too).

I feel good when I explore by myself out-of-the-way places with my camera, and take picture of the nature around me: meadow, flowers, insects, trees, snow, fog...

But I'm a young guy, and I like clubbing and drinking with my friends too!

I love cinema (Far from heaven, The end of affair, Yossi & Jagger, Elizabeth, Fur - an immaginary portrait of Diane Arbus, Le divorce, Lucky number Slevin, Studio 54, Skeleton key, V per Vendetta.. and all dramas and historic movies. But Death becomes her and First wives club are 2 cult for me!! :D

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

- One day, I was touring alone by feet the hills around Galeata (Forli) with my Ipod in the ears. I was in this wide valley and around me there was only grass and trees and suddenly the sky turned dark and the wind started to blow, and after few minutes it started to rain. In my ipod was playing Divenire, by Ludovico Einaudi, and I think that there could not be better soundtrack for a moment and a situation like that.. This song expressed exactly the same sensation of that moment: restlessness, freedom, strenght, bewilderment.. I felt like in a movie:)

- An amazing thing I'll do is my first solo-trip across Languedoc-Roussillon and Provence. I never toured alone but I always dreamt to do it, so for me it will be amazing! EDIT: I did. saying "AMAZING" is not enough !!!
