Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting people and sometimes I like staying in touch. Sometimes it is nice to pass through peoples lives and let them pass through mine. I like to learn things from other people, and hone my conversation skills. Introvert and extrovert friendly.

I'd like to learn to speak french more fluently and quickly.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living on earth with everyone else. It's amazing enough.

I can start a wild yeast soughdough, bake bread with sourdough with some luck, make naturally fermented kimchi and sauerkraut.... I would like to learn how to can veggies to store for the winter. I'm interested in Gluten Free baking and am currently working on my own recipes.
