ABOUT ME

I have been blessed to travel quite a bit in my lifetime and love it. I have lived in 4 different foreign countries and traveled to many, many more.

I am a total "foodie" and love to try foods from different cultures. If you have any amazing recipes you have collected on your journeys and don't mind sharing, I would love to hear about them!

PHILOSOPHY

I think we should all strive to make a contribution that even in some small way changes things for the better.
It would suck to have lived and never left a single impression on the people we have met. So, live, laugh and learn! Leave your footprint on the world so people will know you have been here and made it just a little bit brighter!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently a contracted recruiter for CS. I supported CS by cooking for volunteers at base camp and then cooking for the collective in Istanbul. I then returned to San Francisco and finished my role as cook until the base camp sadly and excitedly closed. I first joined as part of my husband's profile and we hosted many, many people in our home in Las Vegas. I talk about CouchSurfing to everyone I know or meet because I think it's the greatest way to broaden horizons and minimize differences!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had the opportunity to host and surf as well! I have hosted lots of people in my former home in Las Vegas. Then at the base camp collective, I had the chance to host former surfers from Vegas and had the chance to meet and host new friends too. I have surfed in Austria and the Czech Republic recently and it was amazing. I have made new friends from around the world.

兴趣

I enjoy traveling, of course! Even more I like to enjoy different people and cultures. In my quiet time I like to read, go to movies and take long walks to explore the world around me. I love animals as much as I do humans because they have the capacity to give unconditional love and who doesn't want more of that!
