About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Find the Grail

ABOUT ME

I am a talkative, curious, funny 26 year old brazilian girl. My friends say I am the busiest person they know. I always tend to take part on several projects at the same time. Somehow, usually, I manage to finish all of them.

I love long conversations and I can go on chatting about absolutely anything for hours. But I know when to be quiet and I always respect other people's personal space. People usually say I am a bit of a observer at first. But I "mix in" really quickly. I am not shy, starting conversations with strangers is not a problem for me.

Also I am not a "demanding" type. I do very well on my own and I don't need to be "entertained" or "cared for". If people have the time to spend with me, that's great. If not, I'll find my way around. I guess that's the good part about being used to travel alone.

I am easy going and easy to please. I like doing simple things such as meeting my friends for a beer or for a coffee somewhere. I like going to rock, jazz or blues concerts every now and then but I am not really comfortable in posh, hype places. I like dingy places better. =P I also like to read and going to the movies.

I am specially interested in experiencing the "every day" life of the cities I visit. I am not a big fan of tourist crowded locations.

When it comes to food, well, I can't cook very well, but I'm usually a good sous-chef. ^^

I'll do my best (to try) to show some typical brazilian foods (brigadeiro is my speciality), and I am very interested in tasting different kinds of food (I'll taste anything at least once).

Please, feel free do add me at skype or msn for a chat if you want!

PHILOSOPHY

Be sensitive towards other people's feelings.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn more about other cultures, specially near and middle eastern cultures, because I am fascinated about them.

I would love to learn new words in other languages, even if it's very basic.

Some people say I am good in giving tips about places I've been to, what to see and stuff. I am sort of a good tour guide ^^

I would also love to talk about brazilian culture and music for someone who's interested in knowing more about that. I'm in for "Tandem" partnership if someone wants to learn some portuguese and is willing to teach me a bit of his mother laguage.
