ABOUT ME

We are a young French couple living in BERLIN with our 2 daughters : Madeleine : almost 6 and Augustine, almost 1 y-o. We are living in Berlin-Charlottenburg for a duration of 2 years. We cannot host in our flat in Berlin, too small and the spare bed is in the working space of Guillaume. We agreed for meeting, suggesting and having a drink with travellers.

PHILOSOPHY

Unfortunalty, we cannot host in Berlin, but we can give you advices and share a dinner.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We travelled a lot with CS and hosted a lot if CSers. A better way to live in a smaller world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

always great, either welcoming people or traveling ourselves ! the best was to discover that it was no problem with our baby daughter too !

兴趣

Marguerite and I are interested in studying art and history. Guillaume is sometimes working for art museums, sometimes travelling as an guide worldwide. He did study modern and contemporary art history and still does it. Marguerite is a doctor in Roman History and starting a post-doctorate in berlin.
in short, anything that is on this earth would be of interest. do you want more details ? well, We both enjoy the 60's, its music and way of life. We both like Tom Waits, Funk Music and nice english sports cars. But guillaume likes Scottish Music (bagpipe), minimal art and collecting books, while marguerite doesn't too much. She likes italian and bresilian music, english fashion, black and white italian (boring) films.

I(guillaume) like to discuss about the excess of contemporary art with people who are not used to it, and make them understand how it works. Usually, the discussion makes sense. I like when people show me the things they like, their town, the way of life and of thinking. Sharing is the basis.
marguerite likes to talk about traveling, history, geography, cooking, litterature, sewing.
