ABOUT ME

So, I'm a German girl living in South Africa and when I get back from my travels I'm going to start studying psychology.
I'm, at the same time, a very logical person and a dreamer. I like philosophising, hypothetical situations, debating, talking about everything and nothing, and being silent.
Other things I like: swimming in the ocean, irish pubs, walking barefoot, falling asleep during thunderstorms, board games (I'm really like a cild sometimes :)), wordplays and languages in general, making lists (as you can see), colourful socks, singing along very loudly (and possibly off-key) to whatever music's playing in my car

Interests

much of the usual stuff: reading, partying, travelling of course, different languages and cultures...i like watching people, going for walks, I'm theorectically into sports (I watch more than I do). I love food but can't cook :) (but that'll change!). Going to the theatre and concerts.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: alot of different music...The Beatles (!!), White Stripes, Kooks, The Strokes, Oasis, Bob Marley, Flight of the Conchords, SA music (Desmond and the Tutus, The Uncut)...

Movies: those that make me dream, and comedies too. Across the Universe, Pride and Prejudice, Blades of Glory, Eternal sunshine, Little Miss Sunshine, Music and Lyrics (and then *POP* goes my heart), Martian child, Disney movies (Lion King!)...

Books: going through some of the classics at the moment and I love children's books (Winnie the Pooh!). all the Harry Potters (over and over), The Alchemist, Le petit prince, Sofies Welt, A Thousand splendid suns, Pride and Prejudice, The God of small things...
