To travel the human way and when at home let people do the same. As a potential future diplomat i think we're all personal diplomats now.

ABOUT ME

I'm 24 and I'm currently a grad student of Public Policy which I think is the best thing I could be doing right now, I'm really excited to continue studying conflict resolution, as bad as that may sound, and doing actual research work on relevant case studies. It's great to be out of the class room for a while and seeing my studying put to work.
I'm an uncle of 12 Beautiful little nieces and nephews (okay, a couple not so little anymore).

PHILOSOPHY

Know Thyself.
Spend time alone, spend time with others, know when which is needed and never abuse the time doing the wrong one. Love and understand, but above all Stand for something. Be self-critical, not self-effacing. Have self-validation, no one can compliment or condemn what you know to deserve neither.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't done any couch surfing yet so I'm hoping to get my first experience next week, but if all the friends that crash on my couch are any sign, I'd say the free breakfast they get most mornings probably goes well in my favor.

I love music, I stream the Current from the Twin Cities everywhere I go: 89.3 through Minnesota Public Radio, check it out!
I love to read, can't wait till I can read a fiction again, the politics and history has been intense!
Going out for coffee and mid-afternoon drinks is underrated, it's where people come out and the real research begins, it's the school of life.
