ABOUT ME

Im a 22 years old from Adelaide, South Australia. Adelaide is a small, but lovely place to live (population just over 1 million people). It can be quiet and a bit boring at times, which is part of the reason I am looking forward to travel! As a day job, I am a research scientist working for a Molecular Immunology Lab on Stem cells at a Children's Hospital. Whilst I am passionate about science and love my job, dont get the wrong idea! I enjoy going out to pubs, bars,nightclubs, and seeing live music, theatre, dance. Im passionate about the environment and enjoy seeing wildlife and hiking. I love meeting new people, especially people from different backgrounds with interesting stories to tell.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

just joined! Im travelling around south America for a few months, and thought couch-surfing would be a great way to meet new people, and have some great experiences that you often dont get if you just stay in a hostel! The few couchsurfers Ive met so far have been wonderful, and have contributed greatly to my experiences in their cities.

Back in Australia I was living with my parents (trying to save money!), so didnt have a couch to offer. I look forward to moving out when I get back from travel, and hosting some surfers of my own.

My most amazing experience so far would have to be swimming with Whale Sharks in Honduras, or Hang gliding over Rio's beaches in Brazil
