ABOUT ME

We are a couple for over 10 years. We are 28-years-old and we have decided to find ourselfves like a globe-trotters:) That's why we were nearly "around the world" (www.podrozmarzen.wordpress.com).
Who are we?
Ania: I'm Sports and Clinical psychologist,psychology graduate at the Jagiellonian University, peer mediation instructor, ex-basketball player in Wisla Sport Club and since October 2009 diver PADI OWD:) Additionally since 2012 I'm member of Olympic Council PKOl (Lesser Poland department) in Krakow.
Mathew: I'm Tourism and Recreation graduate at the Academy of Physical Education (AWF) in Cracow and siciology graduate at the Jagiellonian University. Now I'm doing my PhD studies in sport sociology. I'm also a rugby XV player (Juvenia Krakow), downhill and cross-country ski instructor, ski arbiter, yacht sailor and since October 2009 diver PADI OWD:) I'm also a member of Olympic Council PKOl (Lesser Poland department) in Krakow

PHILOSOPHY

If you are friendly to other people and open for their ideas, You may expect the same from the world to you. We try to help as much as we can in most situation. That's our philosophy - be nice, the world can be even nicer:)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have came inside the CS community because we have heard many positive opinion about it. When we were travelling around the world, we meet plenty of great, amazing people. Surf in other countries is very nice and educacional experience. After travelling for so many months now we want to repay other cs-members for hospitality, which we found during our trip.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We started our adventure with Couchsurfing as guests in many, many cities in different parts of the world (in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia and Venezuela). Now, when we spent more time in our beautiful Kraków, we started to host some people too. And that's great experience! Everytime we meet interesting, very positive people:):)

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

We don't have one special type of what we see, read or listen. It depends of the day, the atmosphere, our mood:) Sometimes we love to watch some comedy, other day we prefer watching horrors or thrillers. One day we have fun listening rock, another - relaxing with some pop, chill, reggae music.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Mateusz: I've been playing in Polish Rugby XV representation U18 at U18 European Championships, and in Polish Rugby XV Representation U20 and in Polish Rugby 7' Representation on international tournaments.
Ania: diving on the Great Barrier Reef and Ningaloo Reef, where I've seen many specious, especially sharks, turtles etc. And climbing on Machu Picchu - these stairs were terrible and exhausting, but it was worth to climb :)

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

We can find out something that we can teach you, and what we can learn from you. It's too easy to write here:"yes, I can teach you that and that and that...". Teaching, leraning, sharing tradicions or informations is bilateral proccess between people. Everything depends of what two personalities meet up. Something which is interesting for one person could not be like that for someone else. So - we can meet and during our conversation we will find something for both of us:):)
