About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Figuring this out. Can I want to drop the idea that I should have a mission and just try to live well while adding to the meaning? I'm going to try that.

ABOUT ME

I'm a nice girl.

Things I like:
a shack in the woods
the smell of photocopy shops
friendly people with an easy laugh
old things
gypsy wagons
travel
children
slow mornings with good moods, and coffee
connection
brand new skunk smell
when someone says "let's"
moonics
campfires
spices
canned peas
cutting & sanding wood
road trips

PHILOSOPHY

Still working this out. I hope thatI find myself living it long before i frame it up with words.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't pick favorites. I like old movies, and movies that are visually stunning, and subtitles. I haven't found a musical that I like, and I am resistant to trying. I enjoy old blues music, gypsy music, mountain music. I like people with guitars and rugged fingers and voices that match. I like books, and would love more time to read the ones that don't have pictures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm going to have to think about this. Sometimes the things with most impact are so small, and reflect something very personal. I am fortunate to feel amazed quite often.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am very sharing. I think that when you meet somebody, what you learn unfolds (you unfold) as a reaction to the encounter. As far as skills? There aren't many things I am expert at, and nothing I won't try. I can butcher a joke, (usually) turn a bad day around, wake up smiling, find cheap airline tickets. I generally feel like I exist in the world in a pretty comfortable way, and the best that I hope is that it makes others comfortable.
