About Me

CURRENT MISSION

learning to be entirely me and not allowing myself to be covered up by any social or cultural rules

ABOUT ME

I am funny, direct and I have a very open and curious attitude towards everyone and everything. I am a very happy, honest and spontaneous person and I love to experience new places and meet people with different opinions and new ideas.

PHILOSOPHY

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that frightens us. But as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I unfortunately cannot host anyone but I love to come and visit other couches!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a wonderful experience meeting and hanging out with very nice people couch surfing at a friends place and then decided to get started myself.

Interests

I love nature and spending time in overgrown, magical forests, endlessly listening to the rhythm of waves and to raindrops falling on a (waterproof :)!) tent canvas.
I also really enjoy playing (board) games, listening to and making music, cooking, dancing and having conversations with strangers and (new) friends.
I am always interested in learning new skills and hearing about new things or perspectives and I love to read - so any suggestions of well written books are always welcome.

Music, Movies, and Books

One of my favourite books I've read is "a fine balance" by Rohintron Mistry - it is amazing and just sad in a beautiful way.
And a great film I've seen is called "who killed the white llama" it is a quite strange but very funny Bolivian movie - definitely watch it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am currently doing a course in Wilderness skills - so I can teach you on eatable and medicinal plants and trees, birds, how to make fire without matches, how to walk silently, built a warm and cozy shelter ...
