About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Short answer: to see the world. Longer answer: To find something that I can do in life that is more than just working to live, to improve my world into something better than what it is, to get out of Louisiana.
ABOUT ME
I'm 26, just out of college, and looking for a job. For now I'm in Baton Rouge, but I'm hoping to move somewhere more in line with what I want from a city. I'm a dabbler in more hobbies than I have time for, I love pretty much every food there is, and I'd rather be hiking than in a city.
PHILOSOPHY
I like Gandhi's "Be the change you want to see in the world." It's something I try to keep in mind every single day. I think the world is exactly as we make it. There's nothing supernatural out there; it's just us and our lives. So why do I live my life? Because I'm here - it's as simple as that. Since I'm here, I want to make the most of it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I first ran across couchsurfers on a trip in Europe this summer. I met some very cool people at hostels who were praising CS and the people that hosted them, so I was convinced to sign up. Now that I'm back at home, I'm opening my couch - still waiting for my first couchsurfer.
