ABOUT ME

Born and raised in France and now living in Switzerland in Sion since 2017. I have 2 kids not living with me. I lived in the US for many years and in French Polynesia and love to travel and experience the world without spending a fortune and meeting the locals. I live in a 2 bedrooms appartement around 20 mn from the sky slope. I have an extra bedroom for you. I speak French, English and some spanish. All welcome, Man and woman just a skype before is preferred.

I work regular hours now but sometime at night but I have quit a lot of free time if I am not traveling

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rock climbing, bunjy jump, skydive, long motorcycle trip, share fantastic moment with great friends and family. Cooked for many interesting people at work from presidents to athlete and stars. Love to fish or skuba diving. Swim with sharks often and love it, wake board, sailing,.

I am a chef, tennis coach and used to be a soccer coach.
I gave cooking class and was a speaker in several high school or association
I know teach culinary in a school
