ABOUT ME

My name is Koen, typical Dutch name. I'm born in 1988 in Woerden. I'm a summerchild and a morning person. I work at the teacher education department of the University of applied sciences (Hogeschool Leiden) in Leiden and I work there as a researcher/teacher/curriculumdeveloper. I am a guitarist and a runner. I live in Leiden. A nice, old typical Dutch studentcity.
Besides that I can descripe myself as curious, talkative, calm, musical. And I love to travel ofcourse. Love it when you meet local people in places you have never been before. Also I like to visit my friends around the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Be passionate, be creative, change the world or go home, enjoy the little things because one day you'll realize those were the big things. Make love, make art, make friends, play around.

Well I haven't been able to contribute much to the couchsurfing community because my place is to small to host people but I can be a good guide to the city of Leiden and I'm always in for a drink.
