ABOUT ME

I am very eco-minded and try to compost, recycle, and live communial. I am a massage therapist and have been doing that for about 13 yrs. I graduated Dec 09 with a Somatic Psychology at Naropa University in Boulder, CO USA. I am a singer, dancer and actor and have done varies plays, been in dance performances and sung with different people throughout the years. I have been making a bit of my own music for the last few years. I am also a writer and have been writing short stories, poems, and philosophical/spiritual excerpt for a long time. I love to travel.

PHILOSOPHY

I am an advocate for open mindedness, love, creativity and spiritual practice. I believe that all people are good some just don't know it yet or I am not conscious enough to see it. I am a Buddhist and my mediation and spiritual practice is my life. I do Vipassian mediation and try to bring these good vibration and understandings into my interactions with every one. I am open to all people and walks of life and think that ever moment you are given an opportunity to grow.

I have three couch surfers stay with me in Boulder, and they were wonderful!! I love this network!

Dance, Theater, meditation, yoga, hiking, Singing, writing, traveling, swimming, good conversations about the nature of the universe and hands on research. I also love to study psychology, astrology and other personality typing systems.
