ABOUT ME

I'm a very open-minded and curious person always looking for my next great adventure! I am driven, motivated, and committed to learning - not only in school but in life. I enjoy reading, running (including those crazy marathons), traveling, board game nights, nearly every sport, and good conversations. I'm always looking to meet new people and see all that the world has to offer.

I've recently switched careers after a self-discovery trip to Asia. I'm now managing software development teams for an email marketing company. However, I'm planning on going back to school next year for my PhD in Higher Education, so I'm currently swamped with GRE studying and applications.

Also, I'm somewhat ashamed of my response rate :-/ I am usually more responsive, but couldn't access my account for several months and only recently got back through to my original profile thanks to the wonderful help of the CS staff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

11 day, 15 state cross country road trip, full of good food, new and old friends, kayaking, hiking, white water rafting, horseback riding, city exploring, and more! Absolutely amazing...everyone should do it at some time in their life!Bungee jumping 720 ft (220m) off the Valle Verzasca dam in Switzerland! Solo backpacking trips across Europe!And in 2012 I backpacked across Singapore, Thailand, and China. Since then I've crossed several things off my bucket list, including sky diving.
