ABOUT ME

I'm from New Zealand but have lived and travelled for most of my 20's - America, Asia, Africa, Europe. I absolutely love to travel and scope out new places - especially those that are quite different from what I'm used to.

I'm pretty easy going, social and can strike up conversation with most people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was 23 I moved to Aspen not knowing a single person. I got on couch surfing and stayed with an awesome group of guys that ended up being some of my greatest friends!
It's an awesome way to meet new people and understand local culture.

Interests

People. Different cultures and societies. Beaches. Reading. Hearing what all my friends from around the world are up to. Chilling to music. Walking. Eating good food. Getting caught up in totally random and unexpected experiences. A good laugh.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sitting on the edge of the Delta watching the African sunset in Botswana, playing dominos with the locals and listening to the sound of elephants and lions in the distance.

Take every opportunity you get. Head off the beaten track. Locals always know best. Don't rush. Never judge.

I'd love to learn a couple of other languages. How to play the guitar. And how to fly a plane.
