My ESN friends say: "Rocha is a dinosaur. He is smart, opportune and has a great ability to communicate. When he speaks and gives his opinion, he know how to do it well.
Seems as if he has always a well prepared speech about everything and works hard to defend his points of view. Interventive, a good arguer. He is someone with a lot of wisdom and always ready to help.
Speaks a lot, doesn't do as much. He would be a great boss: with him giving the orders and someone else doing the work, everything would be 5 stars rated. Has a little earring, but it is only a disguise.
Actually, he is a magnate. Goes to every meeting as if for a gala dinner and we recently found out that this may be a constant preparation for the Annual Christmas Gala Dinner from Law College. Enjoys the status of an older member and the perks associated to that. Daddy. The Boss. Bureaucratic. Nuníssimo.
The real "melts hearts" lawyer. He is interested, relaxed, diplomat, loyal, a good friend. Great parties companion.
Always claiming about something, but very intelligent, usually with the right opinion."
