ABOUT ME

I'm a wannabe journalist, currently doing internships and training in journalism at Concordia University in Montreal.

In the past, I've tried a number of different things: farming, office work, touring with a band, odd jobs, teaching music, and academic research.

I thrive on trying and learning new stuff. I'm very curious and so I love meeting new people, and listening to their stories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I lived in Halifax last year, I shared a big house with some roommates. We used to host couch surfers on a regular basis. We also hosted and attended gatherings with other local CouchSurfing members.

Interests

News, world cuisines, Scandinavian languages, modern art, chess, the art of writing and song-writing, religious mythologies and symbols, ethics, biographies, hitch-hiking, tea, hiking and camping, bicycling, traveling, dancing (in clubs but also in the living room or on the roof or anywhere), playing piano (jam sessions, bands, classical).
