ABOUT ME

I'm a Neuroscientist at University College London, a science writer, musician and sound artist.

I play Jazz piano and guitar and I'm obsessed with long distance trail running and wild swimming. I also love travelling and couchsurfing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had lots of incredible experiences couchsurfing all over Italy and Slovenia, and more recently in New York and San Francisco. I've met some amazing hosts and I can't wait to head back. I'll be couchsurfing in Los Angeles in February/March and it'd be great to meet some more hosts on the other side of the pond!

My favourite movies are The Big Lebowski, Annie Hall, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Dr. Strangelove, Vertigo, Horse Feathers (Marx Bros) and the Godfather.

I like lots of different kinds of music and always want to meet people who have a passion for music of any kind. I particularly like motown, jazz, hip hop and african funk. My favourite musicians are Paul Simon, Joanna Newsom, Thelonious monk, MF Doom and Sam Cooke.

Lived up a mountain in the himalayas teaching English to local children. Ran 100miles from London to Oxford along the river Thames.
