Hi everyone,

I'm Rodrigo, 27 yrs old. I've been living in the UK for the past two years. Now I'm back home here in Santiago.

I'm very easy going and always up for a laugh. I like meeting new people and making friends while travelling. With the ones I met, we have remained friends and have traveled together which is awesome!.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been involved in CS since I arrived to the UK. I've hosted quite a lot of people when I was in Edinburgh last year. However, now that I moved to Reading, the No of requests have decreased considerably. I participate in the CS Reading group meetings quite frequently.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far it has been a great experience. I've meet lots of people, hosting and surfing, and all of them have been great. It it so nice to share with different people from different backgrounds and cultures. Most of the time you get positive surprises.

Interests

I enjoy the simple things of life. Walking along the river, reading a book, watching or playing a football game, going on a picnic, having a summer BBq, drinking a nice beer outdoors!, listening live music or just to sit down and relax. As long as you share it with the right people you don't need much more.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Rock, Punk, Blues, Jazz. Quite open though, so I can enjoy of some pop music every now and then.

Books: I'm not a great reader. So when I do read I try to pick something entertaining. Lately I've been reading a lot of Jo Nesbo.

Movies: All. I love going to the movies or watching some at home. I Try to avoid some Hollywood comedies though.
