About Me

ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Seattle. I worked at the Pike Place market for 7 years. I go camping, biking, snowboarding, play soccer, and watch lots of movies regularly. I love meeting people from all over and hope that I have some visitors as well as doing some of my own couch crashing soon.

PHILOSOPHY

I guess you'll have to stay a night to find out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to entertain and hope I can make someone's travels a more personal and fulfilling experience and save them a few dollars too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I sleep well anywhere, though I have not had the pleasure to stay on a CS couch. I had a a few Utahan's stay a few days with me. They were friendly enough as long as we avoided the cardinal sin topics of politics and religion.
My couches have had lots of couch crashers over the years. They were friends or drunks, even bums, just people needing a free bed for the night. I welcomed most of them as I welcome you.

Interests

Traveling, hiking, biking, sports, poker, card games, cinema, literature, music, just about anything can get my attention.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed to the top of Mount Olympus (Olympic park in Washington State) in tennis shoes.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've all kinds of stories and tales from life. That's secondary to the inside view I can show a visitor about my city and state. I can introduce travelers to all kinds of opportunities and give an inside view of life here. Perhaps make them feel like a traveler instead of a tourist. There is nothing wrong with being a tourist. I've been one plenty of times. It's just a matter of the type of experience you'll have on your visit.
