HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Meeting with people and always learning from each other. I strongly believe that CS is the ultimate way of travelling . I really enjoy it and support it by either staying with other people or of course by hosting as many as I can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Back in 2009, I've met some people through CS when I was in Scandinavia and they showed me around! Since then I hadn't used it before, but I was wrong: CS is really tremendous and I fully experienced it during my Trans-Siberian journey. Now, whenever I am travelling or I am in Athens, I am using CS and I have made so many friends in lot of different places!

Music cannot really be divided: it's all one in my mind. I'm trying to get everything from every "genre" but I really enjoy classical, rock and traditional music. Of course ambient and experimental are also much favoured genres.

I don't really have a particular taste in cinema but I really like history movies. Of course I prefer some good comedies every now and then. Also I love documentaries of any kind.

I love literature and some poetry but I think I'm kind of demented: I'll always prefer history books instead of others!

When I'm in Athens I can host you in my apartment. I live in the very center of the city and I consider myself a pure Athenian citizen, so if you want to learn anything about the city -especially its diverse history- then I am the one you need! Since 2016 I've also been working @ Big Olive, a walking tours Athenian company, so I know about this city, trust me, it's my job ;)
I can host up to 2 people in my flat -I only accept tidy and clean people!
Also I drive so I can take you to many places around and outside Athens, like one day trips... isn't this great?
