ABOUT ME

i'm a simple person really. i like to laugh a lot and ride my bike and not own a car and eat at home. my intention with this site is to improv music on the spot with people from all walks of life. improv music is one of my favorite ways to build trust with people, and just have FUN!!! (in my opinion, creative folks like myself too often get stuck in perfectionism. improv is a great way to just do it and get back to sharing our creativity)

my good friend has hosted many people who i have met and hung out with and had a great time. I'd love to share music with whoever is similarly inclined..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

one of the most amazing (and also not smart) things i have done is to break up a domestic violence fight on the street late at night. i got my ASS kicked, yet i recovered fine and felt courageous that for that moment, the fighting stopped, between the original two people.

Teach, Learn, Share

i teach/practice clarity and honesty via "non-violent communication" workshops and live "voluntary simplicity"

i learn a lot by asking my friends very direct and uncomfortable questions about our relationship. initiating these types of discussions often help the other person to feel safe enough to tell me their truth.
