Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Right now it's kind of tricky cause I don't have my own apartment. I just got back from China after a year and a half and can't decide where to go next... But I'll contribute in the future, with a sofa and a night out wherever I'll be living, promise!! I think the sofa will be somewhere in Scandinavia, Southern Europe, London or Beijing... :-D
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None yet. But I heard a lot about it from friends and I think it's a brilliant idea!
Interests
- boating
- swimming
Music, Movies, and Books
I love movies by Kim Ki-Duk and other Korean Directors. Among my favourite movies are "I'm a Cyborg, but that's OK", "Lost in translation", "Survive style 5+", "Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter... and Spring", "Oldboy", "The blind swordsman: Zatoichi", "Dolls", "Zoolander".... Books: "how to talk to a widower", "a personal experience", "I'm coming to take you to lunch", "Haroun and the sea of stories", "Dance, dance, dance", "night train to Lissabon" and others.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My first ever trip on a motorcycle, in the wonderfully green and mountainous Vietnam. Jumping off a boat into the warm water of Halong Bay at nighttime, with lightning flashing through the sky. Looking at Beijing's lights from the rooftop of a 40-floor high building at night. Swimming in the dead sea. There have been too many great moments to write them all down, but Beijing must be the place I love most! It's just full of amazing places and people, and it's impossible not to get caught up in adventures there!!
