ABOUT ME

The location is wrong in our profile the village we live in is Alsancak it was formally Karavas.
We are both retired, although sometimes it does not feel like that, we are both keen travelers, sailors (we have a 12 m boat) and have an interest in all sports. We organise the East Mediterranean Yacht Rally which visits Turkey Syria Israel Lebanon Cyprus and Egypt. Kath was a teacher and Dave lots of things Climbing instructor,Environmental Planner and Tree surgeon.
We live in a beautiful location between mountains and the sea.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is for living and definitely not a rehearsal.To see as much of the world as we can.

We have a break for the last couple of years,taking some time out ourselves.We have been in South America,Srilanka,Nepal etc etc

Intereses

We have an interest in basically everything but mainly in the outdoors.
Dave has a passion for folk music (but a singer he is not)
We play golf.
We love good food and wine.

We cycled the death road in Bolivia at 69 it wasn't that dangerous really.
