ABOUT US
We are a couple in our mid 30's, and I work as a photographer and just finished renovating a 1920's house with my dad so I've gotten pretty handy!
Jason is a network engineer, likes Clash of Clans and other games, and plays electric guitar.

We both love meeting new people and hearing about their lives and their adventure tales. We're good listeners and love to laugh, drink micro-brews (there are so many new microbreweries within walking distance of our home, and 3 distilleries in town), wander around town, hike, eat good food, and wander around our sweet little city.

We're both a bit shy and quiet at first but we're learning how to be more outgoing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in Iceland and made wonderful friends (Cheers, Sigrun and Andy!!). I've been a member of CS for a few years but am only recently being able to host and travel a bit more often.

Interests

Our interests range from sky diving to staying in with a bottle of wine and good conversation. However, we're not always big on party scenes or loud, crowded bars or events. We love to laugh, see beautiful places and meet inspiring people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived out of a car in Iceland for 2 months in 2014. I made two trips around that beautiful island, and out of serendipitous luck got to be a staff photographer for Startup Iceland.

In less than 24 hours I met the Icelandic president at an event and later got in trouble for taking photos of my own country's embassy building... from across the street.
