ABOUT ME

I am a young Dane hoping to come a little closer to life through this exiting community. Having finished 13 years of school and basic education I am now enjoying being almost free.
I am a musician writing my own material and playing in different bands and projects (I play the guitar and I sing). Music is what I want to do.
I consider myself a thoughtful person with a calm nature, but I also like to step on it and just have fun. I am probably not gifted with a spontaneity equal to the one of many other members in this network, but that is something I am working on :)
All my life I have been travelling a lot with my parents and this have only given me an appetite for more. Travelling is experiencing, and there are so many things you can only experience by travelling. I guess I am an addict to some degree. So I am very greatful to have found CS.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I've hosted several surfers from both Europe, USA and Australia, looking forward to host more people. This summer, 2010, I had my first surfing experiences on a month long trip in USA together with two friends of mine. Even though my expectations were high I was overwelmed by the greatness of couchsurfing. It really is amazing. Couchsurfing makes you happy.

Interests

Music, making music and playing concerts takes a lot of my time. These days I'm also doing a lot of reading about vegetarianism and veganism, which I find interesting in terms of ethical and environmental issues as well as my personal health and wellbeing. I have come to enjoy jogging quite a bit and I have started doing some yoga. That is great. I also love travelling of course. If I was not bound by anything and had all the money in the world I would travel all the time.

- Hotel New Hampshire (John Irving)
- The Harry Potter series. I must admit I am embarrassingly fond of those books...
