About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to plant as many trees as possible!

ABOUT ME

I'm impulsive, that can be a bad thing, but mostly it gets me in all kinds of situations. This one time a buddy and I decided to go hitchhiking (pretty much decided on the spot). We started at 6pm in Ghent and ended up walking through Paris amongst the other hobo's throughout the night and following morning!

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to wonder about tomorrow. Live now and act!
Deal with the problems that present themselves and don't worry but be prepared for any that may come!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

People can stay over whenever I'm home. But I still live with my parents, so off course I'd have tocheck with them, but they're pretty open minded!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I crashed with Lukas in Dortmund. Friendly and generous folk. An true example of how a couchsurfing experience should be!

Music, Movies, and Books

incubus, 3 doors down, bill withers, Coltrane, Charlie Parker, Dylan, Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Eels, ... (i can go on and on)
basically: rock(classic and modern), jazz, fusion, but also minimal, house and some techno.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-hitchhiked through Germany in 2 days (average speed of 450km/day!), took 3 planes and ended up in Norway, kayaking for 10 days, took 2 planes back to Berlin, took the train home, hit a deer about 3 hours in the trainride, got towed back to Berlin, took a different train, ended up riding for 48 hours when it should've lasted only 12. But I had such a blast :D

-Almost got attacked by a bull in the Alps once (thought it was a cow and wanted to go pet it but didn't notice the absence of utters)

-Did a survivaltrek once for a weekend, almost got a case of hypothermia

-Nearly shit my pants paragliding :D
